Basic Clean/ Maintenance

• The basic clean focuses on areas in your home that are used daily
  
• Basic clean services include:
• Clean Bathrooms; toilet, shower, sink, mirrors, and garbage
  
• Clean Bedrooms; make bed, tidy closet, and dust
• Clean Kitchen; appliances, dishes, sink, countertops, and dust
• Clean Main Areas; dust and tidy up
• Clean floors; vacuum and mop all floors
• We offer a discount if you hire us on a weekly/ bi-weekly schedule!

Deep Clean

• Deep Clean services can include:
  
• Clean Bathrooms; toilet, shower, sink, mirrors, garbage, and wipe down cabinets
  
• Clean Bedrooms; make bed, organize closet, and dust
  
• Clean Kitchen; deep clean appliances, dishes, sink, countertops, wipe inside/ outside of cabinets, and dust
  
• Laundry; wash, dry, fold, and put away
  
• Main Areas; baseboards, blinds, dust, tidy, interior windows, and light fixtures
  
• Organize; any area that needs extra help
  
• This clean works great if you need  a move in/ move out clean or if you would like some extra help with harder to reach areas
  
• Typically an annual/ semi-annual clean that allows us to get all the little spaces that wouldn't get done in a regular clean
  

Construction Clean

• This clean focuses on surface areas and places that need extra attention before the home is ready for moving in
• Construction Clean services can include:
  
• Clean Interior Windows; clean any residue off window pane, dust window sills
  
• Clean Bathrooms; toilet, shower, vanity
• Clean Kitchen; appliances inside/ out, cabinets/ drawers wipe inside/ out, light fixtures, countertops
• Main Areas; heavy dusting on all surfaces
• Floors; vacuum and mop
• This clean is great for homes that recently finished construction and is almost ready for moving in
  

Pre -Market Clean

• This clean focuses on all visible surfaces in the home
  
• Pre-Market Clean services can include:
  
• Clean Interior Windows
  
• Clean Bathrooms; toilet, shower, sink, and mirrors
• Clean Bedrooms; tidy, dust surfaces
• Clean Kitchen; appliances inside/ out, polish sink, and wipe any surfaces
• Main Areas; dust and wipe all visible surfaces
• Floors; vacuum and mop
• This clean works great if you are getting ready to sell and show your home, we focus on getting it looking and smelling good for selling
